The welcome screen has the option to be a touch screen or a monitor with a keyboard and mouse attachment. The welcome screen will display several options for visitors to select in determining the purpose of their visit. Basic options include "Appointment and Meetings," additional options can be configured for a variety of reasons including but not limited to, "Filing a Complaint," "Registration Renewal," "Complete an Exam," "Pay Bill," and "Pickup Paperwork." Softweb will configure each welcome screen to meet the needs of your company's visitors.

Once the visitor chooses an option from the selection choices we can begin to gather valuable data. The next screen to appear will collect basic information such as name, phone number and e-mail address which can be stored on a server. Collecting information from your company's visitors can be a valuable resource for future management decisions and customer relations.

The goal of the Front Desk Assistant is to create a pleasant customer service experience and reduce time constraints on office staff by efficiently processing visitors and organizing them into departments or categories, all while the company collects valuable data.
